YOU'VE FOUND YOUR WAY HERE

You might
recognize
yourself here.

If any of these feel uncomfortably familiar — you are exactly who this work was designed for.
You've worked hard, climbed far, and built a life you're proud of — but lately it's costing you more than it should.
You're the one everyone leans on. The strong one. The one who figures it out. You're exhausted.
You want to do more, feel more, be more — but there's only so much of you to go around.
You have faith that things can be different, but you're not sure what the next step actually looks like.
You've put yourself last for so long, it has become your default. You are not sure how to break the pattern.
You're not looking for inspiration. You want something that actually works.

What makes this different
What Makes
Ruby's Coaching Different
01

Ruby was you.

She was raised in adversity with limited resources carrying enormous responsibility, running on determination and faith for decades. She discovered Positive Psychology when she needed it most, and it changed everything. She became more resilient, more focused, more herself. She felt it and other people noticed. She wanted to share what she learned, so she helps others access what took her years to find.
02

Where science
meets faith.

Ruby’s approach brings together evidence-based practices rooted in Positive Psychology and faith-inspired mindset coaching. With a doctoral degree in Educational Psychology, she grounds her work in research while honoring the faith that carried her through her hardest seasons. Here, you don’t have to choose.
03

A structured path,
not just support.

Ruby doesn't do inspiration without direction. The A.R.C.H. Framework gives you a clear, step-by-step process — from building awareness to taking hopeful action — so you always know where you are and where you're going. This is coaching with a roadmap, not just a conversation.

But it wasn't the degree that changed her. It was Positive Psychology. When she discovered its principles, something shifted — she became more resilient, more focused, more herself. People noticed. So she started sharing what she found — first in a Positivity and Prayer group, then through formal coaching training, then through Coaches of Faith.

"Your past does not define you. With the right support and intentional steps forward, meaningful change is possible."
